Product Introduction:

Food-grade 304 Stainless Steel Emulsification Tank Under the action of centrifugal force generated by a high-speed, high-rotational rotor, materials are thrown radially into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor. Meanwhile, subjected to centrifugal extrusion, impact and other forces, the materials are dispersed, mixed and emulsified. This equipment has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy operation, low noise and stable operation. Its feature is that it does not grind media in the production process, integrating high-speed shearing, dispersion, homogenization, mixing and crushing into one. The emulsification tank is widely used in industries to mix and emulsify materials, improving production efficiency and material quality.

The dispersion and mixing system for complex working conditions is equipped with a stirring system, homogenization system, heating system, vacuum pressure system, temperature and pressure sensing system and online detection system. It can be used for research and production of creams, chemical synthesis reactions, and high-viscosity material mixing. Both experimental and production types are available, and personalized customization is provided.

Working Principle:

The batch vacuum emulsifier refers to that under vacuum condition, a high-shear emulsifier is used to quickly and uniformly distribute one or more phases of materials into another continuous phase. It uses the strong kinetic energy from machinery to make the materials bear hundreds of thousands of hydraulic shears per minute in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor. Through the combined effects of centrifugal extrusion, impact, tearing and so on, the materials are uniformly dispersed and emulsified instantly. After high-frequency circulation, high-quality products with no bubbles, fineness and stability are finally obtained.

Product Features:

1》Soft seal between mechanical seal and kettle body, allowing materials to operate under vacuum.

2》The kettle body can be electrically heated, steam heated, and heated by oil-water circulation.

3》The temperature detection device on the kettle body ensures controllable temperature, and the coil in the jacket can realize cooling.

4》The inner wall of the kettle body is precision-machined by large vertical lathe, ensuring that the movable scraper scrapes off the materials on the inner wall and bottom of the kettle when rotating.

5》Another set of high-speed disperser in the kettle makes various materials subject to strong shearing, dispersion and mixing.

6》The rotation of the stirring paddle and high-speed disperser in the kettle adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, and different speeds can be selected according to different processes and viscosities.

Equipment Parameters:

Composed of a tank body, a stirring device and a batch high-shear emulsifier. The slow-speed stirrer consists of a middle folded-blade paddle stirrer and a frame stirrer capable of mixing high-viscosity materials. Scrapers for wall scraping are installed around the frame stirrer, whose function is to continuously form new interfaces between the inner wall of the container and the materials, leaving no dead corners. The high-speed homogenizing emulsifier is composed of a high-speed rotating impeller and a stator with radial diversion grooves. The specially designed upper and lower blades of the impeller rotate at high speed, so that materials are sucked in at high pressure from the upper and lower parts of the impeller, and then thrown out at high speed by centrifugal force through the impeller. Due to the small gap between the impeller and the stator, the materials undergo a series of complex physical reactions such as strong shearing, extrusion, mixing, spraying and high-frequency oscillation during the suction and discharge process, thus fully emulsifying the mixed materials. As the slow-speed stirring continues at the same speed and in reverse rotation, the materials in the whole container are finally mixed, dispersed, homogenized and emulsified continuously from top to bottom.
